2020 was quite the year! If you’ve read any of my monthly recap posts, you know I’m a planner addict and have been updating my Instagram with my weekly planner spread posts. Here are some of my favorite planner spreads of 2020 for your #plannerinspiration.

Additionally, I’ve been tracking my moods in my planner. I felt like this was a good way to keep track of what my affect my anxiety and depression, and also to put into perspective how many good days I have! Overall, these were my emotions for the year, as logged in my planner:

  • Okay – 85 days
  • Happy – 49 days
  • Good – 46 days
  • Productive/creative – 36 days
  • Great – 33 days
  • Tired – 22 days
  • Anxious/nervous – 21 days
  • Bored – 12 days
  • Frustrated/angry – 12 days
  • Moody – 8 days
  • Lazy – 6 days
  • Sick – 6 days
  • Hopeful/optimistic – 5 days
  • Excited – 4 days
  • Relaxed – 4 days
  • Motivated – 3 days
  • Restless – 3 days
  • Sad – 3 days
  • Depressed – 2 days
  • Grumpy – 2 days
  • Annoyed – 1 day
  • Reflective – 1 day

Honestly, adding those dates up was stressful enough that if it doesn’t add up to 365… So be it! 😉

While depression and anxiety affect me every day, I was surprised to see I only felt depressed for two entire days. Anxiety of course was a huge factor this year, but I was so pleased to see I spent over a month feeling positive emotions I described as happy, good, productive or creative, and great. The largest amount of days were just okay, and in a year like 2020, I think that’s pretty phenomenal!

I hope I was able to provide some #plannerinspo for you! Looking forward to another year of stickers and markers in 2021.
