Whispering Stories
Great post. I’ve had two book boxes this year from Owlcrate and Fairyloot. Whilst the items were nice I think I’m a bit old for both of them and think they are more for YA readers.
Kate
I’m one of those adults who loves YA and I work with kids so I try to read the books they’re into sometimes. Perhaps I should check those out!
Empress DJ
I’ve always been a bit conflicted about these.
Kate
Admittedly, I am more likely to go for “one time” options than I am actually to subscribe.
Empress DJ
Me too!

I am pretty set in what I like and there are a couple of subscription boxes that I love! All of these are new to me.

Wow, I did not know there were so many subscription boxes! I don’t have any, but I might come back to your post to check some more closely.

I used to do boxes but I got overwhelmed with the number of books to read .
Kate
OMG, I feel that. I have sooo many books.
Vidya
i want to do boxes as they all look so so beautiful… but i am hiding books everywhere already .. no more places to keep them now..

I’ve always liked the idea of subscription boxes but often I find they’re too expensive or don’t ship internationally.

Thanks for sharing. Book box subscription is not my thing.

I am currently taking a break from book crates as I have run out of space and they do work out hugely expensive given that many are US based and I have to pay postage to the UK. Having said that, I do miss the ones that I did get and did enjoy getting them.
Kate
Book crates can be a ton of fun and I totally get that. There are a few UK based ones I’m interested in but I can’t rationalize the shipping cost.
