I have been trying to blog every day in 2021, but I had nothing scheduled today! So I’m here with a check-in, sharing my current reads.

Yes, I read multiple books at once! This year, I am especially guilty of that because I am reading for a work project in addition to my regular reading for book blogging and fun.

Title: Becoming Lady Washington

Thoughts: I’ve been reading this one for a while, but not due to lack of interest. I was reading a chapter a day in bed at night, but I’ve been so busy with reading for work since the new year started. I plan to revisit this one this month for sure. (I have made no headway since last week’s post.)

Title: Witchcraft: A Ladybird Expert Book
Author: Suzannah Lipscomb
Format: print book
Thoughts: This is a fun, short, informational read that I will finish in one to three more sittings. (I have made no headway since last week’s post.)

Title: The Kiss Quotient
Author: Helen Hoang
Format: ebook
Thoughts: Loving this one!! This is such a sexy read that has me in my feels. I’m laughing, crying, and fanning myself every time I pick it up. (I have read quite a bit since last week’s post and will probably finish in the next few days.)

Title: Cleopatra: A Life
Author: Stacy Schiff
Format: audiobook
Thoughts: Really enjoying. (I have made a small amount headway since last week’s post. Mostly I’ve been listening to Fearless – Taylor’s Version)

Title: Crystals for Beginners: The Guide to Get Started with the Healing Power of Crystals
Author: Karen Frazier
Format: audiobook
Thoughts: Loving this informational read.

 

Title: Amber and Clay
Author: Laura Ann Schlitz
Format: library ebook
Thoughts: I am so into this one. It’s very emotionally compelling.
