Today I’m sharing some useful resources for book bloggers. From eARC sites to blog tour hosts to link ups to directories, book bloggers have many options to turn to when they need ideas, ARCs, or places to connect with others. This is a prompt I gleaned from “101 Blog Post Ideas” by Jo Linsdell – so of course, you might find her website on this list…
1. NetGalley
NetGalley is a very popular option for scoring eARCs. I find it to be the most user friendly of the options I’ve tried and I highly recommend it.
2. Edelweiss
While it takes a ton of getting used to, Edelweiss is the place to go for eARCs. It has so many available.
3. Xpresso Book Tours
While I love working with many book tour companies, Xpresso takes the cake when it comes to genres available. Blog tours can come in the from of book blasts, cover reveals, giveaways, interviews, book reviews, guest posts, and probably more ideas I can’t think of! Xpresso Book Tours are so professionally run and a joy to participate in.
4. Never Enough Novel’s complete list of Book Blog Link Ups
Link ups and weekly or monthly memes/challenges are great places to connect with other book bloggers. Link ups help us to network, get more page views, and discover new books to read. Never Enough Novels has a great list of link ups here.
5. Top Ten Tuesday
Speaking of link ups, Top Ten Tuesday is my favorite. The Artsy Reader Girl currently hosts it, and you can find out how to join in here. There are unique prompts each week. I skip sometimes, but if you don’t like a prompt, you’re also welcome to still join the link up with a Top Ten post of your own creation.
6. Jo Linsdell’s Resources page
And finally, since I have gotten to much inspiration from her, it would be remiss of me not to mention Jo Linsdell as a resource. She has created various blog posts centering around book blogger resources, and you can find them all compiled here. This is a fabulous directory of posts that will lead you to even more resources.
I hope these resources are of use to you. Please feel free to drop more favorite book blogger resources in the comments.

Awesome list of resources.

Thanks so much 💗

When I saw the title of your post my first thought was Jo – she is a phenomenon and I adore her!
Kate
I totally agree.
Whispering Stories
Great list. Though I hate Edelweiss with a passion (it may have changed since I last used it 4-5 years ago). Good to see Jo on there.

Edelweiss took me so much getting used to. I actually received some professional development at work that made it more user friendly for me. I’ve considered writing a post about it but it’s still not my go-to.
Robin Loves Reading
These are great resources. I started with NetGalley and now I work weekly with at least 20 different publicists and receive multiple widgets as well as print ARCs every single week.
Kate
Your reading skills and connections consistently amaze me.
